This single-drive test system comprising a roller set. It’s a new intelligent testing platform independently designed and developed by Tianbo Technology with proprietary intellectual property. It complies with national standards and regulatory requirements, integrating precise road load simulation with user-friendly operation, while referencing advanced domestic and international technologies. The core functionalities of the chassis dynamometer system lie in the accurate simulation of system rotational inertia, the setting of vehicle road load resistance, and the reproduction of road driving resistance. The system incorporates an automatic coast-down method for driving resistance correction and features a dedicated automatic mode. This allows users to complete inertia simulation setting and driving resistance confirmation through simple operations.

The system replicates real-world road test conditions on the test bench, accurately simulating the driving resistance,inertia, and cooling airflow experienced by electric vehicles on actual roads. Utilizing an Industrial Control Computer (IPC) as the control platform, the system ensures high reliability and strong anti-interference capability, enabling fully automated testing processes. It performs data acquisition and measurement & control, providing users with accurate measurement parameters. Test data and results are automatically displayed, printed and stored.
