The MA20 Series Inspection Line primarily conducts end-of-line (EOL) performance and functional parameter testing for electric bicycles, electric two-wheeled motorcycles, and electric two-wheeled mopeds.

    Designed in accordance with relevant national standards, the system tests items including:

   Speedometer calibration

   Front/Rear wheel braking force

   Starting acceleration

   Passing acceleration

   Maximum speed

   Wheel alignment test

   Headlight luminous intensity

   Axle load measurement

    The critical power train testing station utilizes Tianbo Technology's proprietary Chassis Dynamometer technology. It employs an All-Electric Inertia Simulation Control Method, where the test rollers perform road load setting and application. This significantly enhances the testing accuracy of dynamic performance tests such as starting acceleration, passing acceleration, and maximum speed.

    Using a Computer-Based Control Platform, the system performs data acquisition, measurement and control. It features high reliability, strong anti-interference capability and automated testing processes. Test results can be printed and stored.
